Excellent product and service! Showed up on time. Installed meticulously. Verified there were no obstacles within the wall such as utilities. Cleaned up afterwards and showed us how to best train our dog to use the door. Excellent! Would highly recommend.

Outstanding company! We received the best customer service we have had in years. They were honest and upfront, respectful, reliable and From start to finish was roughly 30 minutes with no mess!! The pet door is extremely well-made and even in the hottest day, we don’t feel heat around or coming from the 2 magnetic clear flaps. Fantastic job! Ernie was quick to respond to my inquiry about the cost for installing a new dog door. He was able to get me on the schedule for an installation the following week. The installation was quick and clean! Before making any cuts into the wall Ernie had us verify the placement of the door as well as if we wanted to stick with the originally quoted size or if we wanted to size down on the door. 10/10 would recommend!

Ernie installed the Hale dog door at my new home & replaced the flaps on my Mom's old Hale dog door. I'm so pleased & thankful. Both came out looking amazing & he took the time to ask about my dogs & their needs. He always communicates in a timely manner & is efficient & professional.
